Established with a clear purpose, ADRF aims to address Africa’s debt challenges while fostering investment in impactful projects that drive growth and innovation.
Why Singapore?
We chose to register ADRF in Singapore to leverage its favorable tax incentives and robust governance structures. The Singaporean regulatory environment allows us the freedom to manage our crowdfunding efforts effectively, with no limitations on the amount that can be contributed or withdrawn from the ADRF bank account. This strategic choice reflects our commitment to transparency and accountability in all our operations.

We are on a mission to solve Africa’s debt problem by investing in the continent’s development, collaborating with organizations and projects that align with our vision. We strive to raise $10 trillion within the next decade to fund African initiatives, while also extending our support to aligned projects outside of Africa, including in Singapore.
